Scriptum publishers was founded in 1985 as an independent publishing house and publishes books in the fields of management, economics, psychology, philosophy, lifestyle, history, language, art, and cooking. Recently, e-books have been added to its catalogue. The authors of Scriptum include Philip Kotler, Gareth Morgan, Roos Vonk, Joep Schrijvers, Tomáš Sedláček, Han van der Horst, Adjiedj Bakas, Michael Braungart, Anne-Marie Rakhorst, Jeffrey Wijnberg, Frits Bom, Mathieu Weggeman, Piet van Sterkenburg, Daniel Ofman and many others.
